I created my Poll at Poll Everywhere
Click on the green box create your first poll, where it say poll question type in a question and click Multiple Choice create. Your Poll will show go to share and publish. Click live chart link copy it and put it on a your Wiki do the Link box. Go back to your poll everywhere under blog or web page then pick or choose 1. Web voting widget 2.Live chart widget 3. Chart image.
under the one you choose go to copy and paste this snippet and go to your wiki page and go to your Widget on your wiki page go to other and paste.
Go to Google mail open your mail on the top look for Drive click on it. Click on Form. On the Untitled title box type your subject (Pet).
Question title box type your question, question type box click on text choose the type you want. click done. If you would like to add more go to the left hand top and click add items. If you want your forms with a theme click on Theme blockhead.More Actions, Embed copy and paste to your Wiki.

(Assessment/Polleverywhere/Google Forms)--Student will help the teacher create a Poll using polleverywhere.com and a spreadsheet using Google forms. Depending on the topic of the week the teacher and the students can created different polls. The theme we are working on is zoo animals. The students can help to add the names of the zoo animals on the poll, or the forms. Have pictures on the side or magazine of animals that they can look at while making a decision on the question. Also have paper and pencil for the students to write down what animal he or she picked. There are two forms you can use if you have older students with cell phone use the Polleverywhere. After all the students voted you can make grafts.
